For your own safety and pleasure when practicing yoga in class please wear suitable, comfortable clothing and practice in bare feet.

You may bring soft socks and a sweatshirt for the relaxation.


A non-slip yoga mat, 2 foam blocks, 2 bricks, a yoga belt/tie, a blanket. I can provide links to the appropriate yoga equipment.

If you have any doubts about your health, please consult your GP.

A bolster is useful.

Newcomers will also need to complete a health questionnaire. 


On arrival at the hall please form a socially distanced queue to hand sanitise, sign the register and be shown to your space in the hall.

If you are not feeling well or have been in contact with anyone with COVID- 19, then I would not wish you to attend the class, which I know you will respect for the safety of all of us.
The hall will have been cleaned thoroughly before use. The hall is heated. There are toilet facilities. Hand sanitiser and towels/tissues are provided.
Please bring all your kit for yoga.

Spaces are limited to facilitate a safe distance between students.

You are welcome to bring your own sanitiser if you wish. 

There are no kitchen facilities. Please bring your own water for refreshment.
